15 Minutes Flourless Bread
Hello! Today we are going to prepare a gluten-free bread, replacing the flour with another ingredient (which I will tell you soon).
We know that many people have several food restrictions and this project has the objective of helping them to see that it is possible to replace items in a creative and functional way.
With just 15 minutes, you will have an ideal bread for your breakfast or to make sandwiches.

To start we need to prepare the ingredients.
We need:
- 150 grams of powdered milk
- 3 eggs
- 5 grams of baking powder
That's it. I told you it was simple, right? Now let's start!
In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with a whisk.
Add the baking powder to the eggs and beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the powdered milk slowly (as if it was raining) while integrating all ingredients with the whisk.
You need to get to a thick mix.
Place the mixture in a pastry bag. If you don't have one at home, use any bag or plastic and cut the tip!
I did it at home and worked just fine!
Form small rolls in a nonstick baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes at 190° and it's done!
