2 Minute Brownie in a Mug

I absolutely love brownies but cant be bothered making them because they take too long to make so I went looking for quicker methods of making them and this was the best. I hope you enjoy it.

you will need:

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1/4 cup of self rising flour

1/4 cup of castor sugar

2 tablespoons of water

a pinch of salt

a teaspoon of vanilla essence

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

ice-cream (optional)

mix all the dry ingredients together in a microwave proof mug and stir until everything is mixed in. after that combine the wet ingredients to the mix and stir until it is consistent.

all you will have to do is put the mixture in the microwave for 90 seconds. then add the ice-cream and your brownie will be ready to eat.
