Fuselage
The fuselage has a 20mm diameter, and a length of 15cm.
Wing
The wing has a wingspan of 200mm and a thickness of 10mm. The wing dimension is shown in the picture. Use sketch dimension tool to fix the dimensions.
Horizontal Stabilizer
The horizontal stabilizer has a length of 30mm and a width of 60mm and a thickness of 10mm. The horizontal stabilizer dimension is shown in the picture. Use sketch dimension tool to fix the dimensions.
Vertical Stabilizer
The vertical stabilizer is a Trapezoid of width 30mm and height 30mm and a thickness of 10mm. The vertical stabilizer dimension is shown in the picture. Use sketch dimension tool to fix the dimensions.
Engine
The engine consists of two parts the engine support and the engine. The engine support has a length of 20mm and width of 5mm and a height of 12.5mm. The engine has a diameter of 10mm and a length of 30mm. The engine support intercepts the engine at 5mm. Apply fillet of 2.5mm at the front part of the engine and chamfer of 5mm at the back part of the engine. Use sketch dimension tool to fix the dimensions.
Apply Fillet for the Front of the Wing, Horizontal and Vertical Stabilizers
Apply 5mm fillet on the front of the wing, horizontal and vertical stabilizers for both top and bottom of the edges.
Apply Fillet on the Front of the Fuselage
Apply 10mm fillet on the front of the fuselage.
Apply Chamfer on the Back of the Wing, Horizontal and Vertical Stabilizers
Apply 5mm chamfer on the front of the wing, horizontal stabilizer for both top and bottom of the edges. Apply 2.5mm chamfer on the back of the vertical stabilizer.
Apply Chamfer on the Back of the Fuselage
Apply 10mm chamfer on the back of the fuselage.
Putting All the Parts Together
Use combine function to combine all the parts together after you have arrange the parts to their positions.
The 3D Model by JLCPCB
The 3D prints are great. It is very smooth and the colour is very even. It is very heavy in weight.
