3 Ingredient HEALTHY Popsicles

This sweet and delicious treat is not only easy to make, but it's healthy for you too! Consisting of only three ingredients, these frozen treats are perfect for any summertime treat occasion!

Supplies

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Slices (fresh or canned)
  • 1 Cup Blueberries (You can also used mixed berries if you wish!)
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Popsicle Mold
  • Blender

Mix

Take the cup for your blender and put the blueberries, pineapple slices, and water into the cup. Feel free to taste test now!

TIP! If your fruit isn't as sweet as you would like it to be, instead of adding sugar, add about a tablespoon of honey to the mixture!

FREEZE!

After you have blended your ingredients, pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. Fill each mold about 3/4 full. Next, put the molds in the freezer, and let your popsicles freeze overnight (or for about 5-6 hours).

Now that your popsicles are frozen, it's time to enjoy them! Remember, these popsicles are healthy, so it's probably okay if you have more than one! :)
