Plan Your Picture
As you can tell from the title of the instructable I decided to used the walking dead promo poster for my idea
Should you wish to choose another theme I found Google was a great way to search and print your own images
Once you have your 2 printed images you need to decide what you want your dimensions to be and work out the fore ground and back ground
With my image I choose to simply have 'Rick' and the bus he is stood on with a 3D effect

Trial and Error
This took some planned but in the end I decided to just go with it
I took one image and using scissors and a exacto knife cut the section I wanted to stand out of the picture like show in the pictures

Background
Now with the fore ground down and trimmed correctly all you need to do is mount the background in the second frame as you with a normal picture
Take the first picture frame remove the backing and lightly glue in small amounts the first cut out pic to the glass in line with where it will line up
At this point I used the black clips from the first pic to keep the glass in just without the backing and then lined up the 2 frames with the images

Stick the Frames Together
To do this I used my trusty old glue gun and simply but a few drops to glue one to the other but you can use what ever glue is handy
Sit Back and Enjoy
Now all is assembled and backings on your free to display and enjoy your work
This can be used with lots of other posters and pictures too even comics or family pictures would make excellent gifts
