Really simple 3D paper pumpkin that you can do with children :)

You can see another type of 3D paper pumpkin here:

Materials

Fold the sheets to have the creases ad guide lines. You can also do them with ruler and pencil.

Cut them.

Circles

Glue the strips to have 8 orange circles. If you want to make a large pumpkin use 2 strips for one circle; a smaller pumpkin can be done with one strip for one circle.

Curl up some green strips using the back of the scissors or a knife (watch out not to hurt yourself!).

Pull one end of the curl to make it long.

Cut a leaf from green sheet, than glue and/or staple it to the top of the pumpkin.

It's done! Enjoy!

By the way, I never had a halloween party when I was a child and for real I didn't miss it. This was not an Italian tradition (we celebrate Carnival, and I don't like it....), but then I became a teacher and during my 2nd year I taught English and that was when Halloween started to "enter in Italy". So I had halloween parties with my students from then. I think it's funny! And it's good to be a black cat for a day ;D
