3D-Printed Clock
I have an old clock which is broken. I thought of rebuilding the entire clock, so I decided to 3D print it. This machine has alarm facility, but I don't want to use it. Watch this entire trash to treasure build and enjoy.
Parts Required
- Clock machine from Old Clock or New Machine.
- Orange, Black 3d printer fillament.
- AA Battery.
- Clear epoxy adhesive.
- Foam tape.
- 1.5mm screws.
Salvaging Parts
Collected all the valuable things from the old clock i.e., machine, battery and time pointers.
3D Printed Parts
Download stl files from below link and 3d print.
Dial
- Take 3d printed dial and fit the clock machine from back side.
- Secure the machine with screws.
- Take 3d printed numbers and glue them using epoxy adhesive.
- I applied clear coat to make it look better.
- Take time pointers and attach.
Back Cover
- Take 3d printed back cover, legs and glue using epoxy adhesive.
- I applied foam tape in one side for tight fitting to machine.
- Fit it to the clock machine.
- Fix time changer knob.
Final Product
It's ready
