I had so much fun creating this party and my little one had fun crafting his own creations too!  The step by step tutorials for the Spooky Trees Candy Apples and the Bat, Ghost & Pumpkin Cupcake Toppers on Sticks are from Glitterville creator, Stephen Brown's new book, Handmade Halloween!  The recipe to make the candy apples is also included.  I never knew how easy it was to make candy apples!  Goodbye sticky caramel apples…I will be making these from now on!  (Side note, it’s best to serve your candy apples immediately.  If you make them ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator until ready to hand out.  I found out the hard way they will “melt” and get really sticky if left out overnight!)

Lauren from LIV Creativity created the fondant cupcake toppers to match!  BRILLIANT!  And how fitting is it that I had edible glitter to add a little sparkle to my desserts!  My banner on my backdrop was so easy to make!  I used black spiderweb paper chargers, pink paper, & orange glitter paper.  I took one spiderweb charger and cut it down.  I added a pink paper rosette behind the smaller spiderweb and attached an orange glitter letter I cut out to the front.  Layering them together created a great three-dimensional banner that really pops on the turquoise fabric backdrop!
