A Lego Story (#14)

14_lego_instructables_intro.jpg

Like the DIY Toy Stories that I published earlier (Bear and Dinosaur Build a House and A Tale of Two Dragons) this little storybook was made by photographing toys and making up a story to go with them.

The PDF can be personalized, before printing if you have the technology, after printing if you don't. It looks confusing at first, but if you follow the steps carefully, you can make make this a very personalized gift for a special child!

Print.

Print the PDF on letter-sized paper, landscape orientation, double-sided, flipped on the short edge. If you have lightweight card stock available, use it!

In the original story, "Grandma" is both the storyteller and one of the actors. (Sorry, I didn't think about how confusing this might be when I first made this book for my grandson!)

I am including two versions of the story here:

GREEN = a character in the story
PURPLE = a character in the story.

RED = the child who is listening to the story.

BLUE = the person reading the story.

NOTE: In the second illustration, the storyteller is also a character in the story.
