Hello everyone! This is my first Instructable. I did it thinking about having a less complications and fast printing as possible while still having a nice design. The connectors are made from brass plated fasteners that are easy to find and cheap. The base of the battery holder is designed to allow multiple positions when secured with small screws. Optionally, it has a cover that closes with a clip system so it doesn't come off and allows the battery holder to be placed in any position, even upside down. There are also two side covers to hide the connectors and with several holes options for the cable exits.

This tutorial is for a 4 AA batteries, also I leave STL files for 1, 2 and 3 AA battery holders.

I hope you like it and it will be useful for your projects!

I use an Ender 3 S1 with "Standard Quality" (0.2mm) for generic PLA. No additional special settings or supports required.

Here are the stl files. You will have to rotate the lid and side covers for the printing.

Connectors

Meanwhile, the boring and dirty step. The fasteners come with some coating that you need to remove to ensure a good connection with the batteries. We need 5.

Folding Connectors

Now you have to fold 1 connector for the possitive (+) connection, 1 for the negative (-) without the "head", and 3 for (+-).

Attaching Connectors

When you look at the body, some of the battery dividers have a tiny space between them and the side wall to hold the (+-) connectors.

Wiring

Simply connect the (+) and (-) connectors to the wires and secure. You can also solder it if you like.
