This is a virtual assistant. You can put it beside your bed and have a chat. It is a really easy thing to build. You can get the number for the pizzeria, and make it tell you a joke. It is a fun thing.

Supplies

You need a 8 inch by 4 and a half inch screen with volume control, HDMI port, and usb c port. You also need the Raspberry pi 3b. You need a speaker, HDMI cable, usb cable that connects to the raspberry pi and the screen. You also need a few sheets of cardboard. You also need a keyboard and a mouse if you do not have a touch screen. You just need a key board if it is a touch screen.

Putting the AI On

The AI is the complicated part. Search for dialogflow on google. Sign in to Google and click create agent. You can name your agent anything you want. Click intent. You can name it anything. Joke, pizza, hello. For hello put the user expression hello. For the response say hello, how are you. You can add more intents. If you want your AI to talk go to setting on the top. Hit the speech button. Enable automated text to speech and choose your voice. You can put this anywhere. Whenever you boot up the screen you can open dialog flow. You also can get a longer battery cable and plug this into a wall socket.

Congrats! You made an AI Assistant with raspberry pi! Please like!
