This is a basic explanation of how to make an Adirondack chair. They aren't too hard to make if you have the right tools and some woodworking experience. You need:
5-6 5/4 (1-1/4)x6" pressure treated deck planking
1-5/8" #7 trim screws
Total About $40
If you have any questions feel free to ask and i will get back to you ASAP.

Epilog challenge:
If i had the laser cutter i would use it for better metalworking, cut pcb's, i would let my friends/family use it, i could engrave gifts for people, and  cut paper for school projects and other crafts.
