Supplies
1pcs DIP-16 CD4017BE decimal counter at U2.
1pcs DIP-8 NE555P timer at U1.
1pcs DIP-16 IC Socket at U2.
1pcs DIP-8 IC Socket at U1.
1pcs 1Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R3.
1pcs 5.1Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R2.
1pcs 10Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R1.
3pcs 3mm Red LED at LED1, LED4, LED7.
2pcs 3mm Green LED at LED2, LED3.
2pcs 3mm Yellow LED at LED5, LED6.
1pcs 0.01uF 103 Ceramic Capacitor at C2.
1pcs 10uF Electrolytic Capacitor at C1.
1pcs Power Switch at SW.
1pcs CR1220 lithium battery at BT1, BT2. (Watch kids under 6 carefully)
1pcs CR1220 lithium battery socket at BT1, BT2. (Watch kids under 6 carefully)
2pcs PCB circuit board
Install 1pc 1Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R3
Install 1pc 1Kohm Metal Film Resistor At R3.
If a resistor come with 5 color bands, the 1st 3 bands represents its values, the 4th band represents the multiplier and the last band represents the tolerance. Eg: Brown 1, Black 0, Black 0, Brown 10 and Brown 1%, so it will be a 1000Ω (1Kohms) with 1% tolerance resistor.
Install 1pc 5.1Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R2
Eg: Green 5, Brown 1, Black 0, Brown 10 and Brown 1%, so it will be a 5100Ω (5.1Kohms) with 1% tolerance resistor.
Install 1pc 10Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R1
Install 2pcs CR1220 Battery Socket at BT1, BT2
Please pay attention to the installation direction and metal sheets should not come into contact with resistor or pad.
Identify the Positive and Negative Lead of the Led.
Install 2pcs 3mm Red Led at Led1, Led4
Install 2pcs 3mm Green Led at Led2, Led3
Install 2pcs 3mm Yellow Led at Led5, Led6
Install 1pc 0.01uF 103 Ceramic Capacitor at C2
Install 1pc Power Switch at SW
Install 1pc DIP-16 IC Socket at U2.
Install 1pc DIP-18 IC Socket at U1.
Install 1pc 10uF Electrolytic Capacitor at C1
Install 1pc DIP-16 IC CD4017BE Decimal Counter at U2
Install 1pc DIP-8 NE555P Timer at U1
Install 1pc 3mm Red LED at LED7 on Another PCB.
Splicing 2 PCB and Fix Them by Connect Pads.
Install 2pcs CR1220 Batteries As Shown
DONE!
Now you can turn on the batteries and light up the airplane!
