It's not too difficult to design an Airtag holder in Tinkercad. This is a basic design:
If you want to use the design that I made remember to print this design at 100% size, use PLA filament and use 25-30% infill using the stl file below.

Print Out the Design Using Preferred 3d Printer
You can use any PLA, but I used silk PLA to print the the item using an Ender 3D Pro printer. Print the part in accordance with the specs using any 3D printer you own.
Installing the Airtag Holder
To assemble the Airtag holder, first invert the printed piece and insert the Airtag. Next, thread the desired dog collar through the holder. Once secured, you will be able to track your dog's location with the Airtag.
