Ala Victorian Cake
This is a way to decorate a simple cake in Victorian style. Two shortcakes and a layer of wiped cream with jam between - what can be better! You may chose any combinations of shortcake and jam, for example, take Yellow cake and Raspberry jam, Chocolate cake and Apricot jam, German cake and Strawberry jam, or your own.
