Alcohol Dispenser - PC1
Hi guys, good day. I will teach you how make a alcohol dispenser in fusion 360.
Step 1: Materials
We will be need these materials.
-Mouse
- Autodesk
-keyboard
-computer and screen
-Fusion 360

Step 2 : Recognize and Plan
First of al, we will created a account no autodesk, and turn on fusion 360. Them created a new SKECTH and select a dimension.
we need to recognize our bluprints, the faces A, B and C. In addition, these faces are in differents axis, for example: XY, YZ, XZ.
Step 3 : Build Face A
we have to select the "yx dimension". The best friend in this project, it will be the tools "line". Then of select the dimension.
we have to start and using the tool "line", make a base line from the center point to 126 mm away of it to the rigth.After that, create another line but this one from the basepoint to 28 mm up direction and connect this one to 3 mm to rigth, create another to up direction with the same size, then connect this one to 3 mm, but this time to left. And repeat the process.
When we finished the based lines, draw a divisor line in the middle of the two main lines, these lines it will be usefull to use the tool "mirror", this tool is used when you need to do the same lines in other part of the sketch, because is works like a mirror.
After that, draw a line, in the middle of the line of 126 mm, this line has to measure 15 mm. then make two lines one to the left and the another to the rigth, both has to measure 12 mm. Subsequently, created to rectangles, that have to measure 24 mm x3 mm.
Step 4: Finish the Face A
In step 4, when have all the sketch, we have to give it form and material.
To begin this step, click on the house that are aside of the cube.Then, in the zone of create, click on the tool "extrude", and give it a bulk of 3 mm and eliminated rectangles. After that, press the letter A to open the menu of material and select of your preferen.
Step 5: Build Face B
- we have to select the "zy" dimension". Then of select the dimension.
we have to start and using the tool "line", make a line to up with a size of 28 mm and other to rigth 3 mm, then another to up and other line of 3 mm, but it to left direction.And repeat the action until have a similar picture of the example.
After that, draw line of 60 mm in main point.
When we finished that, we have two options, draw the same line or use the tool mirror.
Subsequently, we have to make a internal grooves, one of them, in the middle of the line of 60 mm, draw a line of 15 mm, and create a rectangle 20 mm x 3 mm. The others, will be a circles that it is going to be of 3 mm, and it will be separate for 15.75 mm each other. One of the circles is 33 mm far away of the second line of sketch.
Step 6: Finish the Face B
As in face a, we have to use "extrude", and give it a volume of 3 mm. And don't forget to remove the circles and the rectangle.
Step 7: Build Face C
we have to select the "xy" dimension"
we have to start and using the tool "line", make a line to rigth with a size of 24 mm and other to down 3 mm, then another to rigth and other line of 3 mm, but it to up direction.And repeat the action until have a similar picture of the example.
After, from the main point, draw a line up and another to the right, then another up and to the left, keep it up like this until it is similar to the example. And use the tool "mirror" to complete the sketch
Step 8: Finish the Face C
To end the face c, we have to use "extrude", and give it a volume of 3 mm.
Step 8: Build Face D
We have to select the "zy" dimension".
Draw a line of 28 mm to up, other line of 60 mm to left, another of 30 mm to up, other of 40 mm to left, and the last one of 88 mm to down, then to complete the sketch we will use mirror.
After that, use the tool "fillet" and cut the vertex as the example.
Then, create 4 circles, two of 25 mm, and the others of 3 mm (these have to be separate) . All as the example.
Step 10: Finish the Face D
To end the face D, we have to use "extrude", and give it a volume of 3 mm.
Step 11: Assemble
First we have to move all the faces to a new document or sketch, to do this right click and use the option " Insert Into Current Desing". When we have all, in the part of assemble, search the tool "joint" and try to copy the example.
Optional Step.
Go to the face that you want to change, if you want, you could use a picture (like the example), use the tool "Spline" . Then of draw, click on the skecth and click the last one, and save as a DXF.

Last Step:
Designate red as a cut zone, then double click on the word "cut", change the speed from 100 to 50 and disable the second barrel. And finished.
