Almond jelly with lychee is a delicious desert with a lot of sweetness to it. I'd prefer you to only make this for your family because it takes a lot of time into making it. I hope you enjoy.

Turn on your stove to around medium heat. Then, put 4 cups of water into the pot and also put the 2 cups of almond jelly. After that, place your pot onto the stove. Mix up the almond jelly powder just a bit and then wait for it to boil. You know when it is boiled when it is either rising up suddenly fast or when you have waited for about 5 minutes. Once it is boiled, pour it into a pyrex and let it cool down in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Cutting the Almond Jelly

Take your almond jelly out of the fridge. Then, get a knife and start slicing down the rows into cube-like sizes. Make sure to evenly slice out each row you cut. After you slice all the rows down, you will have to slice the rows sideways. When slicing sideways, make sure that you are also evenly spacing out the slices.

Go and get the pyrex and the lychee can. After that, just go ahead and poor all the cubes you have sliced into the pyrex. In addition, you will also add the lychee into the pyrex. Start mixing the almond jelly and the lychee and then you are done.

Enjoy
