Paint
First, take off the top metal piece on your glass ornament. Place in three or four white feathers and replace cap.
From here you really can be pretty creative.
You could glue some round rhinestones around the globe, paint a name or a date, glue on glitter, ect.
I painted angels on the surface of the glass. Now, when painting white you will need more than one coat to get the painting to be opaque. Add features and be as creative as you want. You can add a little white/clear glitter to wet paint to add some glitz.
After your paint is dry, tie a bow around the top and another piece of ribbon for hanging. For my angel theme I chose light blue and white ribbons.
