I know!..... There are plenty docking stations to choose from. I needed one for my family to use, so I thought I would try my own version. This is a prototype, I will use a solid wood of some sort (cherry, mahogany or  oak) for the final attempt. This is my first Instructable so go easy on me. I think there is enough info for someone to get the idea, if not let me know and I will answer the best that  I can.
  Be sure to drill the holes large enough to remove plugstrip and allow for different size connectors. The holes I drilled in the top are 13/16"
