Anyone Need a Whipping-top ?
So you are bored right? and what if u had a whipping-top to play with, however you dont have such baby things in your house, but if you are using PC you will most probably have a CD Case let say 25 DVD disks inside ;) welll here is your whipping-top :)))
The image below gives you a pretty good idea, so thats all, you can skip next steps and check some ohter instructables :)

What You Need to Make a Whipping-top.
1. CD Case from 25 disks (see image)
2. Bare hands :P
3. Surface (a.k.a. the place you will spin your whipping-top).

Btw Get Some Music
So if you have those stuff, you are ready to begin.
Get the box throw away the CDs and get the lower part form tha case

Play the Music and SPIN
You are good to go with your whipping-top.
Now put the case upside down then use one tricky move to spin the case :)
