Apricot Dijon Glazed Spiral Ham

Holidays are hear and that means parties and family gatherings...and hams on sale. Here is an easy and tasty way to bring your usual spiral-sliced ham up a notch.

Ingredients:

  • 5-10 lbs Spiral cut ham
  • 1/2 cup Ba-tampte or Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Apricot preserves
  • 1/2 light brown sugar

Glaze

Mix mustard, preserves, and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth.

Ham

Place ham in a 6qt electric roaster. Discard glaze packet.

Brush glaze, liberally, in between slices then over the top of the ham.

Roast

Roast at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes per pound.

Optionally, mix another batch of glaze in a small pot on medium heat on the stove until the brown sugar melts in...use as a dipping sauce.
