Audio Amplifier With Bluetooth Interface
Hi Everyone I came back here to do some projects like preparing some kind of useful things from the scrap
So, I found a Audio Amplifier IC in a old television then I reverse Engineer the circuit and bring out a new circuit which can be suitable for Bluetooth and audio jack for connecting it to a smart phone or any kind of Bluetooth transmitters.

Connecting and Assembling
Now make a cube shape body according to the speaker dimensions and then fit the speaker on the one and leave the opposite side open for the circuit.
Generally, we can you zero pcb or copper clad to design a circuit on them.
But I'm soldering the circuit without a base cause the enamel coated copper wire which I choose is strong enough to hold the components in their position so I'm not using the PCB board.

Circuit Description:
Mainly the IC contains 11 pins From left to right we should assume as the starting pins 1 to 11.
Then the 3rd pins connects with the capacitor (330micro farad) and the capacitor negative terminal to the ground .
Then 4 pins connects to (47 micro farad) capacitor and series with (47 ohms) resistor.
And the 5th pin connects to the capacitor (103) and it will connects to the audio signal positive input.
6th pin should be connects to the ground.
8th pin connects with (103) capacitor series with (4.7 ohms) resistor. Also the resistor (1.5k ohms) and the other terminal of the resistor should connects with the 4th pin between the capacitor ( 47micro farad ) and resistor (47 ohms).
And connects the capacitor (1000 micro farad) to the speaker positive terminal.
9 pin connects with the (104) capacitor and (470 micro farad) capacitor parallel to the ground.
:: The negative terminal of the audio input and the negative terminal of the speaker both connects to the ground of the circuit.
** Power supply have to connects the positive terminal with the 9 terminal of the IC and negative terminal to the circuit ground.
After connecting the circuit attach the circuit to inner side of the cube which is opposite portion to the speaker
Drill a hole for the power connector.
Now the Audio Amplifier circuit is completed to connect with the Bluetooth transmitters or Bluetooth module.

Interfacing the Audio Amplifier to Bluetooth
Connect the Bluetooth end terminals which are generally connected to a ear piece and make sure that we have to connect the groud to the negative terminal on the amplifier circuit and the position wire should be connected to the (103) capacitor which is connected to the 5 pin of the IC.
