Automatic Cultivation Pot
This is an automatic control pot with Arduino and sensing components installed. It can automatically adjust the height of the grow light as the plant grows, so that the plant can get sufficient light. It can also be watered every 30 minutes according to the time setting. , maintain the humidity, so that the plants will not die, but also save us the time of watering every day, and save the time of taking the plants out to the sun every day, to achieve an automated potted plant.
Supplies
Transformer module (converts the 12V power supplied by the external transformer into 5V and 9V, which are respectively supplied to the Arduino and the pumping motor)
Relays (switches that control grow lights and pump motors)
Stepper motor (pulling the grow light layer so that the light layer can move up and down)
Infrared sensor (sensing the distance between the lamp layer and the plant, when the distance is shortened, the plant grows taller)
Grow Lights (Provides the light the plants need)
Pumping motor (to transport water from the tank layer to the culture layer to provide water to the plants)
Aluminum extrusion (when the overall structure of the whole pot)
Time module (calculate time, achieve the function of timed watering)
Acrylic sheet (as the main material for each layer)
Arduino UNO (where all the sensing elements are gathered for signal integration)
Cut Acrylic Sheet
Cut the acrylic sheet according to the designed shape using a laser cutter
And use hot melt to glue the cut acrylic sheets together
Cutting Aluminum Extrusion
Cut the aluminum extrusion material into the length you want using the aluminum extrusion cutting machine
And use the aluminum extrusion connector to connect the aluminum extrusions to form the main bracket
