BEST PASTA ROSE by Sean Tal

Pasta rose (AKA pink pasta)

pasta rose is a meal that you can eat when ever you want.

If you are a pasta fan like me, i got the best recipe for you, so lets get started.

Supplies

Ingredients

To make this awesome sauce you'll need the following

3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 pack pasta (of your choice), cooked as instructed on the package

1 garlic clove

pinch of oregano

fresh basil (optional)

50mm of fat cooking cream

1 can of tomato cubes

grated parmesan

salt and paper to taste

Step 1

set you're pen to high hit and add olive oil let it cook for 30 seconds, after add chopped garlic, salt, paper and oregano.

when garlic is golden brown, remove the fried garlic flakes, leaving only the seasoned oil in the pen, and lower the hit to medium.

Step 2

Add one can of tomato cubes sauce, let it cook for 10-12 minutes, taste the sauce and add salt and paper, 2 minutes before cooking time ends, sprinkle some chopped basil leaves.

After tomato sauce is ready (about 10-12 minutes) start adding the cream.

I like to add cream little by little until i think its just right, so don't add all at once, just add and taste and find your own balance between the tomato sauce and the cream.

Now the sauce is ready to your liking, you can add the cooked pasta to the pen and mix, if needed add some of the boiling water from the pasta.

optional, you can sprinkle some more fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan chees.
