Back to School: Washi Tape Pencils
Welcome back everyone to my Back to School series. I will be teaching you how to make inexpensive, cute, and easy pencils for school. When you go to the store you find decorative pencils for more than you make on a day's allowance. This project is for all ages but be careful with those scissors. These pencils are unique because you can use various types of tapes to customize your pencil. Lets jump into it.
Supplies
You only need 4 items for this project.
You will need:
- Washi tape or any tape
- Pencils
- Sharpener
- Scissors
Step 1
The first step is to find you washi tape and scissors. Cut your washi tape to the length of your pencil.
Step 2
The second step is to wrap the tape around your pencil. Cut any tape that can't be wrap around your pencil any more.
Step 3
The last step is to sharpen your pencil even if it is sharpened. The reason why we do this, is to make the tape part of the pencil.
Conclusion
I hoped you like my washi tape pencils. If you don't have washi tape or colored tape, you can take non clear tape and draw designs with sharpies or marker to make patterns just like washi tape. Well don't waste any more time reading about this instructable any longer. Bye!
