I love bacon and eggs pizza. If you've never tried it, you must!

Some people refer to this type of pie as a breakfast pizza. I'm not sure if that's because of what's on it, or when they eat it. I'm a believer in skipping breakfast... and bacon and eggs is always a win for dinner!

Read on to find out how I put this all together.

Make Pizza Dough

I like to make my pizza dough with beer, gives a nice tang to it.
I also use a bread maker to mix and rise the dough.

Active time: 5 minutes

Inactive: just under 2 hours

12 oz can of beer
3 3/4 cups flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp butter
2 tsp salt
2 tsp active yeast
Drizzle olive oil

Dump them all into bread machine, in that order.

Prep Ingredients

When 45 minutes left until dough is ready:

Start cooking 4 slices of bacon, gently.

It will be in a very hot oven for nine minutes, so cooking fully is not necessary

Prep ingredients, such as cheeses, a hot pepper, onions and garlic

I did two large cloves of garlic, 1/8 of an onion, semi-hot red pepper

For cheeses, I grated a cup and half of cheddar, 1/4 cup parmesan, and several slices of brie

Finish up with bacon, and cut into 1" pieces, keeping in pan to retain moisture

Place pizza stone in oven and set to 450

Roll dough out, place onto hot pizza stone , with peel if you have one.

Brush entire top with olive oil, and add garlic, then grated cheddar cheese, then bacon, peppers, onions.

Crack an egg into a bowl, then slide onto pizza, not too close to edge. Repeat with 2 more eggs.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on, salt, pepper, sage, and brie cheese.

Turn oven from 450 to 475 and set timer for 9 minutes.

Slice and Enjoy!

Turn oven off and slide rack out, let sit for a minute before placing on potholder.
Slice through egg yolks. They should be perfectly cooked and gooey!
