10 Minute Baked Banana Boats

036.JPG

This warm, chocolaty, peanut butter smothered treat bakes up in only 10 minutes! If your craving chocolate or peanut butter, try this delicious baked treat! You can add whatever toppings you would like, and even add icecream for a baked banana split! It's sooo easy! Clean up is a breeze too as the banana peel serves as it's own cooking vessel! The 1-pan you put it in doesn't even get dirty!!! Let's get started!!

You Need:

  • 1 banana
  • Peanut Butter
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (I used mini's)
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Any additional toppings you would like! (Nuts, whipped cream, ice cream...)

Slice the banana lengthwise. You want to cut through the banana without puncturing the bottom skin. Pry it open and fill it with peanut butter, chips, and marshmallows (or whatever you want!).

Bake and Savor!

Put your boat onto a pan and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes until the chocolates melt, and the marshmallows brown. Cool for a few minutes before you ENJOY!
