Baked Barbeque Chicken
This recipe for barbequed chicken is delicious and you can make it with ingredients that you probably already have.
Ingredients
You will need:
2-1/2 pounds chicken, cut up. I used drumsticks.
tomato sauce
honey
worchestershire sauce
Louisianna hot sauce
spicy brown mustard
olive oil

Making the Sauce
In a medium size mixing bowl, add 2 cans (8 ounce) of tomato sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce, 1/4 cup spicey brown mustard, 1 teaspoon Louisianna Hot sauce.
Combine ingredients well with a fork.
Makes 3 cups of sauce. The sauce can be used on the BBQ grill also.

Pour Sauce Over Chicken
Place chicken pieces in a greased 9" x 13" baking pan. Pour barbeque sauce over chicken pieces.
Bake Chicken
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in oven Bake chicken for 1-1/2 hours, uncovered.
Remove From Oven
Using a pot holder, remove chicken from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. The sauce is a little spicy but not too hot. I happen to think it's delicious!
