Have extra balloons from a party?.....
You'll Need
long balloons and elastic thread
cut the balloons into different lengths
Cut the thread about 2cm longer than the size of your wrist to tie a knot
Thread the balloons on the elastic, once you're satisfied with the number of balloon strips you've threaded, tie a knot.
