Banana Bites

This delicious recipe is a great and easy way to make banana bread simple and easy. It is so simple you could do this with your kids. It is a great recipe for making snacks for any occasion.

All Ingredients Used

In this picture we have all the ingredients we used to create these little muffins. We have:

2 cups of white flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 T cinnamon

3/4 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup of milk

2 T vanilla extract

1/2 cup of maple syrup

1 T lemon juice

2 T sugar

2 cups of mashed bananas

Two mixing bowls, three greased muffin tins, and your hands.

Mix All Dry Ingredients Together

In this step you need to mix all of the dry ingredients together. You have to mix the white flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and sugar. It will look like brown cinnamon sand.

Mix Wet Ingredients

You have to mix all the wet ingredients together. This includes milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, lemon juice, and the bananas. It will look like chocolate milk and banana chunks.

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients Together

Next, you have to mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Then mix them together using your hands.

Put Banana Bites in Tins

Next you need to add your banana bites into a mini muffin tin. Make sure they are only filled halfway, because they will rise.

Get Banana Bites Out of the Mini Muffin Tins

Finally you flip the tins onto a plate. Since the mini muffin tins were greased the muffins should come out easily. You then wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to cool then enjoy!
