Banana Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
So, this isn't the most original recipe or anything but it's not on Instructables(Not when I searched but maybe I missed such a recipe) and it's a cupcake so here we go! I apologize profusely in advance for the quality of the photos, I'm just a lowly teenager and all I had was my phone.
Ingredients
Well you should probably preheat your oven to 350 F, since it doesn't take much time at all to throw this together.
Now for ingredients, you're gonna need:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 or 2 cups of chocolate chips(Your preference)
2 cups of MASHED ripe bananas
1/4 cup of milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup of melted butter

Whiskin' That Up
Now, you're going to want to have two bowls ready. In a large bowl, throw in that flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk that up! Do it, now. Before they find you! Okay, all whisked? Good.
Whiskin' Something Else Up
Now throw that banana in there, okay now the other one. SMASH IT SMASH IT NOW. Okay, you're safe. Throw in that milk, DO IT. Put in that butter, OR ELSE. Okay now could you please put in those eggs? Thanks man. WHISK IT.
Now Here's the Extra Tricky Part
You're going to want to pour the wet mix over the dry mix and stir JUST until blended. Except I went past just blended. Like 50 miles past, and it turned out fine. So...Do whatever you want. =)
Lubricate
Rub some butter or oil into the cupcake crevices, or just use those little paper things. But who really wins when you use those little paper things? Well, you do. But Earth loses. You know how many trees died for those little paper things? Lots..probably. I really don't know. Are they even made out of paper? Conspiracy.
Fill Her Up
Use even amounts of dough and put the dough in the holes. Simple enough. I didn't use even amounts, because rules are meant to be broken. So I had some small ones, some big ones. But you know what? I ate them all. And they were delicious. See, I don't discriminate. And that's why I'm..fairly average.
MOST IMPORTANT STEP
This is by far, the most important step. This is where you're going to add the parsely flakes and cayenne pepper. JUST KIDDING! Who would do that? I would, if I wasn't looking forward to eating every single one of those cupcakes.
Oven Time
Throw them in the oven, and wait about 15 minutes. Check on them frequently though.
They're done! Most people say let them sit and cool, but I'm an impatient teenager. I quickly went twisting and turning them to get them loose, burning myself in the first 15 seconds. It, was worth it.
Stack 'em
Eat and Take Pictures
Take a gigantic bite and take a picture of it against your cupboard. Yes. I am a genius. Hold the applause. But not really. I actually really hate writing, but I really love iPads. I'm going to make a few more cupcake instructables, but they're going to be much more original. So, should I do the normal every day instructable or should I joke like an idiot again? Comments below! And if you want to give me ridiculous cupcake ideas, I'm all ears. I'm crazy enough to make them, and document it. Probably. I draw the line at body parts. Farewell!
