Bedroom Lamp
In this project you can make a very beautiful bedroom lamp! With a little surprise when you turn off the light!
Your kids will love it!
Materials
You will need the following electrical materials:
- A E27 support (available at any supermarket)
- A E27 led lamp (available at any supermarket)
- A switch with wire connection (available at electric store)
Tools
You will need the following tools:
- Scissors
- Screwdriver
Print the Bedroom Lamp
If you want to print the bedroom lamp you will need:
- A 3D printer
- For the baselamp.stl I use white PLA (you can buy it here)
- For the coverlamp.stl I use glow in the dark PLA (you can buy it here)

Connect the Wire to the Baselamp
- Open the plastic bag that protects the wire
- Check if everything is ok with the wire
- Check if the two cooper wires are ok
- You will need now the baselamp
- Pass the wire through the cylinder part of the baselamp
- Pull the wire about 10 cm out of the cylinder
Connect the Wire to the Support
- You will need the support now
- Use the screwdriver to open the base of the support
- Now you have to parts
- Pass the wire through the base of the support
- Connect one wire to the metal hole of the support
- Connect the other wire to the support
- Press the base of the support
- Job done
Connect the Support to the Baselamp
- Pull the wire through inwards the cylinder
- Place the support inside the cylinder
- It should be like this
- Grab the led lamp
- Screw the lamp to the support
- Job done
Complete Assembly
- Now you need the coverlamp
- Ajust the cover to the base (it should fit ok)
- The bedroom lamp is ready. Now you can turn it on
Enjoy Your New Bedroom Lamp
Now it's time to enjoy your bedroom lamp and take some nice pictures! When you turn off the light the bedroom lamp will glow for a few minutes more!
