Best Sleeping Bag Warmers

rocks.jpg
So this is for those nights when your sleeping bag needs to be warmed up a little because your toes are cold. I will admit that this is something most people should know but for those who don't I hope you find it helpful.

Let it be known this is my first time so please bear with me and some constructive criticism is welcomed.

I REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!!!! THIS IS A HOT AND HEAVY SOLUTION.

SUPPLES

1 dish towel per person
1 camp fire good and hot
1 rock the size of a brick

Finding the Rocks and Heating Them

Look around your base camp for a mid-sized rock that is not a conglomerate (ie. not concrete, or brick fragments) If you choose a conglomerate rock it could explode. fine a rock about the size of a brick or the size of your shoe.

After you have found your rocks place them into your fire pit about 6 inches from the base of your fire and leave them there until the fire dies down and you are about to turn in for the night.

Wrapping and Placing Rocks

fold your dish towel in half horizontally for a strip and grab your rock, quickly  flip it over onto the towel and cover the rock completely and place in the foot of your sleeping bag
