Bicycle Handle Bar Plug
Somehow, I manage to lose the plugs that hold the handlebar tape in place. it's easy enough to just buy one but I thought I'd print one.
Supplies
Of course, you need a 3D printer and a Tinkercad account. The dimensions I used may not work for you, but it's pretty easy to design your own. I printed with PP to give the part a little flexibility, but most anything could be made to work.

Tinkercad Building Blocks
After logging in to Tinkercad, create one short cylinder for the cap and 2 hollow cylinders, one short and tall, and the other thin and of a diameter to fit in your handlebar. Dimension them all to fit your handlebars.
Make Copies of the Building Blocks
Make 3 copies of the thin one and 4 of the thicker ones. You only need one cap.
Set the Height of Each Component
Adjust the distance from the Workplane of each cylinder to space them so they can stack on one another.
Select All and Align
Select all the pieces and click the Align button, Align in the X and Y directions. Adjust the heights if needed (my addition wasn't very good so I had to make a few adjustments. :) ). You can also shorten the topmost cylinder.
Export Part and Print
Select all the parts and group them together. Click the Export button and save the file for your slicer. Slice and print. I used PP (polypropylene) material and used the PP for support material. It was a little hard to remove the supports but since the appearance of the part where the support was doesn't matter (it's inside the handlebar), it worked out fine.
