I have a lot of pine-cones in my garden and this is the perfect way to use them, and make sure that not to many new pines grow up! Two different decoration shapes.

Instead of using a Styrofoam rings/forms, that costs a lot and is not very big, I use an isolation tube, that you use to isolate water tubes. Costs like nothing and is big. Since the pine-cones makes this ring huge it looks nicer with a big ring, I think.

For the s-shaped decoration I used 1 1/2 isolation tube, you can what shapes and lengths you want.

Super easy and good looking for Christmas.

Sorry for my english, send a comment if something is unclear or should be described differently!

First I made a circle out of the insulation tube, I used gorilla tape to make it stuck together together with the glue gun.

And... it's not much harder than that. I started from the edges and used the ugliest pine cones there and the prettier in the center.

I used a rebar to reinforce and to make it possible to bend it to desired shape.

Just put it inside the isolation tube.

Then, just as with the wreath - just glue glue glue :-)
