Blissful Berry Bars

These delicious frozen bars were really good. I picked this recipe because it seemed really good and healthy. It's great for those hot summer days where you want to cool down. It includes protein, fat, water, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.

Gather Ingredients

Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend them until the fruit is smooth. After blended, pour the mixture into plastic cups. Cover each cup with aluminum foil and poke a popsicle stick in each of them.

Freeze Them

Put each cup on a tray and put them in a freezer. Leave them in there for at least 5 hours. When finished, take them out of the freezer and peel the aluminum foil off. Take the frozen bars out of the cups and enjoy!
