Boondi Raita
Ingredients
Spicy Boondi - 1 cup Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup Salt to taste A few chopped Coriander leaves Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Method: 1. Take curd in a bowl, add salt, chat masala, chilli powder, pepper and coriander leaves. 2. Mix this well and then add boondi. 3. Serve this in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Sprinkle some chilli powder.
