Basically print 24 fronts and select your own personal image for the 24 backs. The fronts should be printed on regular photo paper. The backs should be printed using the adhesive photo paper.

There is no actual measuring so don’t freak out. The ruler is just to help crisp the folding edge of the back of the adhesive photo paper. A ruler or straight edge can be use to hold the fold adhesive back down while the plain 4x6 regular photo paper is lined up. If you have a bone folder the ivory colored tool displayed not necessary it helps to firm flatten the sheets together. Flip the removed adhesive sheet over the two adhered sheets like protective paper and flatten images together using the bone folder’s edge in a swiping motion. The folded area that was used will be flattened and is an indication that enough pressure was applied. This flattening of the creased sheet doesn’t really matter because this adhesive backing protective sheet is thrown away. The flattening just indicates the pressure of the swipe was applied nicely.

Trimming Card Size

Whatever size is decided the #1 most important variable to focus on here is that all cards are trimmed the exact same way. Decide how narrow or wide the cards are to be and make the side cuts first. Again do all the cards the same way. This means if you cut the cards individually do one cut on ALL the cards. If there is a paper cutter that handles stacks of paper make sure each cut is the exact same side of each stack. Trim the tops and bottoms after the sides. Why? The top and bottom white edges have the least amount of play. Do the tops first then the bottoms. Or defy my logic in cuts and do things the other way around just insure still handling changing each card the same way.

Corner Cutter

This is self explanatory if you have this fancy devise. Decorative scissors are affordable and can do the same thing. Just insure you put the card in the scissors at the exact same spot on each corner and cut only once. Take a piece of masking tape marked with a line and place the card into the scissors using the guide as a starting point. This is where you will consistently place the card to cut because this cut is one time ONLY. Note corners don’t need to be rounded per say. Cutting at a diagonal with decorative scissors is legit and personalizes your HANDMADE deck. Measure marking lightly the angle cut once with confidence making each transformed corner.

Decorative Using SEALANT

Shape cutters can minimize the table space the cards use take up or add a great element of play to original cards. Adding gold stamping elevates the cards presence but be sure to apply a fixative or sealant because this is photo paper dry ink needs to be sealed so it doesn’t rub off because it will if it isn’t treated. Spray OUTSIDE follow directions this particular brand dries in less than 5 minutes. Also, spray photo front sides just to flatten the gloss surface so they shuffle of deal more closer to traditional cards. To actually use the cards COPY the descriptions used in the 3 lioness intro images. Read cards as if using tarot Major Arcana cards. Enjoy❣️
