Create a new sketch on the front plane, and draw a vertical line from the origin, 5 mm long. Then draw a horizontal line from the origin, 4.38 in and create several lines shown by the base sketch image provided. In addition, create a circle with diameter 0.31in at top, and has a distance 0.8in from the right edge.

Extrude out the sketch to 0.495 in by selecting the Boss-Extrude button [Boss-Extrude1]

Create a new sketch in the front of the object, and draw a circle with diameter 0.39 in and its origin has a distance 0.31 in from the right side of the edge. Then, extrude cut through the circle. [Cut-Extrude1]

Create another sketch in the front of the object, and draw circle with diameter 0.39 on the right side. Repeat step #3. [Cut-Extrude2]

Then, we will get the resulting part.

Note: create a reference plane having a distance 0.275 the from the back of the face. place a point at a circle’s origin and then measure two circles’ distance.(3.75 in with tolerance +/-0.1 in)
