Original Italian Bread Cake Chocolate

I propose a characteristics of Lombardy cake, especially in the province of Milan (Italy) His name is "Papina" or  "Turta del cecot" or "Torta paesana" and it is done on the first Sunday in May on the feast of the country. 100 g cocoa
150 g sultana
100 g pine nuts

Boil the Milk

Boil the milk with a spoon of sugar, then turn off heat, put the dry bread broken, broken biscuits, and macaroons broken. Allow to marinate for 4 hours.
