Brew Vietnamese Egg Coffee

An egg coffee (cà phê trứng)[1] is a Vietnamese drink which is traditionally prepared with egg yolks, sugar, and Robusta coffee.It is really very Delicious.Try it.

INGREDIENTS

2 tsp. freshly ground coffee

1 egg

2-3 tsp. sugar

vanilla essence

Hot water

TOOL

Vietnamese coffee filter (small size)

A cup

A bowl (to keep the coffee warm through out filtering process 2-3 teaspoons)

Start boiling water for the coffee in electric coffee pot

In other side ,Bring a pan of water to a boil.

Take 1 egg in bowl and Place the bowl over the boiling water.

and beat it .

Add sugar and again beat it.

Whisk until it foams and reaches at °144 F - °158 F.

Now add vanilla extract.

Mix very well. Turn off the Heat.

Take a coffee filter and open it

Fill the 2 tbsp freshly ground coffee.use coarse grind.

Fill bottom tap with boiling water

Also add 1/2 tbsp boiling water on the top and let it soak for a moment.

Now put that filter on the empty mug.and fill to the top full .

After some sec. you will get filtered coffee in the mug.

Add Egg whisk in the mug and coffee is ready.

stir it and drink it.
