Brick Stove

IMG_0423.jpg

This stove can be modified to meet the makers requirements. This is the principle for building the stove. In the past we have used ours to cook on and boil water. We use wood shavings, twigs, waste paper, etc as fuel as this is a very efficient burner.

Materials/Equipment

23 x bricks

1 x chisel

1 x metal mesh

1 x slab (optional)*

1 x metal grill (optional)*

Mortar (optional)*

*for optional see step 10 before starting

Break One Brick

Break one of the bricks in half so you have two half bricks using the chisel (unless you already have two half bricks)
