Ingredients below are enough to make 4 firebread

Fresh Green onion (not Dried)
Stonefire Bread - two packs - flatbread comes in 2 pack, so get two of them
Shredded cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup each firebread
ranch dressing - small bottle is plenty
Blue Cheese crumbles 5oz - enough for all 4
Buffalo Breast Bites - you can use regular breaded chicken and hot sauce but I've found that the one shown is easier and less messy.

Pre-cook the Chicken

pre cook the chicken in the oven as per the directions on the packaging, this will make the chicken crispy otherwise it gets really soggy on the flatbread and doesn't cook all the way.

After the chicken is done cooking remove from the oven and cut into small pieces.

Prepare Bread

lay parchment paper down on a baking sheet and set the over to 425 degrees f. set the flat bread on the baking sheet. (do not use tin foil, it tends to burn the flat bread)

no add blue cheese, about 2oz
and put another 1/4 cup cheddar cheese on top

Bake

bake on 425 until the cheese on top melts, since everything is already pre-cooked it doesn't need to stay in very long. Every oven is different, mine is usually around 10 min. Be careful not to leave it in too long, you don't want to burn the flatbread.
