Burnt Light Notification

In a building with many floors will have a lot of lights. If one of the light is burnt then we will get to manually it is ok in home and small building but with we think in places like shopping complex , theatres and other more public places then it is very hard to maintain and if visitors finds that out then it is embaricing. It will be great if a light could give its address to us after any malfunction. Guess what this circuit is going to help you out in that way (our system will mail us the location of the bulb)

Consider 3.3v led as 220v ac light bulb in the diagram and the current sensor and the voltage sensor is connected to bulb in their respective ways . The sensors are going to be connected and when the light is turned on the relay will be turned on by default the current and voltage drawn will be calculated and if the calculation goes beyond or below the safety current measures then the Twilio or smtp will trigger notification with floor id and cordon id so it will be easy for the administrative to maintain the lighting system.
