COCONUTTY WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE BARS
I made a delicious, decadent coconut fudge bar that would take you on a tropical ride.
YIELDS : 20 PREP TIME : 30 MIN TOTAL TIME: 2 hr 30 MIN
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 1/4 cup of crumble graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of coconut condensed milk
- 1 package ( 11 oz) of white chocolate chips
- 2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Grab a 4 by 8 pan or 8 square in pan
- In a medium size bowl stir the butter and sugar together until the sugar completely dissolved
- Then stir in the graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon with the butter/sugar mixture until well combine
- Once you have prepared the graham cracker crust press the crust on the bottom of the pan
- Cook the crust in the oven for 5 min and then afterward let it cool completely
- Take a larger saucepan and stir the coconut condensed milk, condensed milk, and white chocolate chips until smooth
- Stir half of shredded coconut
- Remove mixture from the heat and pour it into the pan with the crust
- Toast the other half of the shredded coconut in a small pan until golden
- Sprinkle the toasted coconut on the fudge
- Cover the top of the pan with aluminum foil and stick in the freeze for 2 hrs or so
- Once chilled, cut around the edges for easy removal
Cut the fudge into your desire shape(s) and enjoy your own piece of tropical paradise
