Export the model file from .skp to .stl

Import

Import the .stl file into 123D Make and convert it to stacked slices.

Export the .stl file from 123D Make as a .dxf file and view it in Adobe Illustrator.

Cut

Copy the .dxf file onto a thumb drive and upload onto Adobe Illustrator on the computer linked to the laser cutter, then delete all the leftover files from the person before you (if there was one). Then download your file and run the machine.

Assembly

Remove the pieces from the laser cutter and use a hot glue gun to stick all of them together in the correct order.
