Cardboard Master Chief Helmet

Shape of Helmet

The cardboard used is a small Body Shop shipping box. You can use any box you’d like, but make sure to cut out all the pieces. To make the front part of the helmet requires some precision, so be careful when using any of the knives.

Back of the Helmet

Bend the square cardboard until it looks slightly rounded on the outside.

Front of Helmet

Repeat the same steps for bending the back part of the helmet.

Taping

Tape the top of the helmet(the piece with the cardboard sticking out) to the back. Remember to tape some on the inside as well.

Taping the Helmet, Part 2

Tape the front of the helmet. You can adjust the size using the smaller pieces if you want.

Visor

Tape as if the empty space was a piece of cardboard, but remember to tape the sticky side facing out side. Once you taped the inside, tape the sticky part.
