Carrot Noddles
This is a satisfying breakfast or dinner to start with
Ingredients
7 packs of noodles
6 pieces of carrot
6 whole eggs
1 big fish
3 bulbs of onion
Cooing oil
3 cups of water
Pepper to taste

Sorting the Fish
Now am using dried fish, so am going to remove the back and the head of the fish using only the inner soft part
You can substitute the fish for red meat, liver or ice fish

Preparing the Noodles
Now am going to per boil the noodles alone with no ingredients or anything, just white noodles
Cooking the Noodles
I will be cooking the noodles for 3 minutes to enable it become a bit soft and yummy in the mouth , and when I get my texture, am gonna turn it over to a sieve to drain off water
Frying
The next one is am going to take a pot, add 3cooking spoons of groundnut oil, add in my
chopped carrots, onions, pepper, fish, eggs and ingredients
You can also add some tomato, green peas, chopped meat and any vegetable
