Cheap Bleeding Candles

These candles are simple and cheap to make but still is a great halloween decoration.

They can be timed to "bleed" to make it even more creepy.

Materials and Tools You Need

  • White candle
  • Red candle or red wax. ( A red crayon melted with wax can work too)
  • A drill
  • A container

Melt the Wax

Melt the red wax by puting it into a oven at 350 degrees. (Keep the wick)

If your using crayons then melt one red crayon with one candle. (Keep the wick)

Drilling and Filling

While you are waiting for the wax to melt drill a hole in the center of the candle.

Wrap the candle with wet paper so the wax does not stick to the sides of the candle.

Insert and cut your wick.

Once the wax has cooled you can light the candle and it will start "bleeding"
