Spinach Corn Cheese Sandwich I Corn Spinach Sandwich I Healthy Plant Based Sandwich

Welcome to chandrakalas rasoi today we will be making cheesy spinach corn sandwich.
Spinach/ palak corn sandwich is quick easy and healthy breakfast it can be packed for lunch box too. Our cheese corn spinach mixture is made up of spinach/ palak, boiled corn, onion, garlic, cheese, black pepper powder, salt as per taste, all purpose flour. We have added all purpose flour with our vegetables few people makes white sauce and then add vegetables with it you can try any of this way we find adding flour with corn more convienent and quick. We have used very less spices you can add any of Italian herbs chilli flakes of your choice you can add paneer if you are not very found of cheese or if you are health conscious. Here we have used sandwich bread you can go with brown bread or multi grain bread it's completely your choice. Its a great way to introduce your kids with green and healthy vegetables. You can use wheat flour inspite of maida for more healthier option, I have used processed cheese you can use mozzarella cheese or combination of cheddar cheese processed cheese.

Supplies

Ingredients list
1 cup palak/ spinach
1/2 cup boiled corn
1/4 cup cheese
2 tbsp butter
1tsp oil
6 to 7 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green chilles
1/4 cup milk
1tsp black pepper
1 tbsp all purpose flour
Bread slices
Salt as per taste
Some butter or ghee to toast the sandwich

1) Heat a pan add oil and butter and let it melt. Add finely chopped garlic and saute for minute then add finely chopped onions saute till onion changes it colour.
2) Add boiled corn add salt and pepper saute for 2 minutes then add all purpose flour and saute for 2 more minutes.
3) Add chopped spinach and cook till spinach shirnks it takes 2 minutes now add cold milk and let it comes to boil.
4) onces milk start boilimg let it simmer till it becomes thick it will take 3 to 4 minutes.
5) onces it thick add cheese mix well till cheese is properly coated with mixture then turn off the flame and transfer this into another bowl and let it cool down completely.
6) our creamy spinach corn mixture is ready

1) Take few slice of bread and trim the sides spread creamy mixture on one side of bread, cover it from another slice of bread.
2) Now toast your sandwich from both the sides till golden brown in colour with ghee Or butter.
3) serve hot with sauce or chutney.
